With slots for 6 steak knives, 8 other assorted knives, and kitchen shears, this block is made from 100% solid hardwoods (no laminate).
Block is 5.5 x 6.5 x 12
Slots are 1.5, 2.5, 1.75, 1,75, four 1.5, six 1.25 plus the scissors slot.
Outer blocks are reclaimed wormy chestnut floor boards, aged 125+ years.
